Australia's Northern Territory is following in the steps of Tasmania, South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales with moves to ban betting on Australian lottery draws.
The state's Attorney-General Natasha Fyles has directed the Northern Territory Racing Commission to stop all licensees from offering odds on the outcome of Australian lotteries.
Fyles told local media that she decided on the ban in order to protect local businesses that were being "undercut" by operators such as Lottoland.
