Hong Kong-listed lottery technology and services provider AGTech Holdings has been approved by China’s Sports Lottery to begin marketing and other promotional activities for instant scratchcards.
The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, China Lottery Management Co (CLM), has received formal written notice from the Sports Lottery Administration Centre, confirming CLM as the successful bidder for the tender of the new lottery project.
