Hawaii Senator Dru Kanuha has introduced a new proposal to allow Hawaii residents to participate in lottery games.
Senator Kanuha introduced a senate resolution Friday, urging the department of budget and finance to examine the state’s possible participation in the MegaMillions and Powerball multi-state lottery games.
