Lawmakers in Oregon have proposed amendments to recently
introduced gambling legislation in a bid to broaden the available legal
offering.
The proposed amendments relate to two bills introduced
earlier this month which sought to limit the Oregon Lottery’s sports betting offering
and available sales channels.
The first bill sought to prevent the Oregon Lottery from
offering any games where the distribution of prizes is determined by the
outcome of a sporting event organized by, sponsored by or played in connection
with a post-secondary institution [...]
