MGM Resorts-owned LeoVegas Group has launched its online sportsbook in Germany, adding to its existing iGaming business in the country.

LeoVegas’ sportsbook is now available in all 16 German States, with a national marketing campaign set to be launched this month.

The campaign titled “Thrill Seeker” will go live across TV and affiliate networks, with the operator noting that it will showcase the humorous and unexpected twists of everyday life.

“Launching our sportsbook offering in Germany is a very exciting step for LeoVegas Group as we continue to grow and strengthen our foothold,” said LeoVegas Group CEO Gustaf Hagman.

“Germany is one of Europe’s great sports powerhouses, and we are confident players will enjoy LeoVegas.de as a one-stop-shop for the greatest igaming experience.”

Shares in MGM Resorts International (NYSE:MGM) closed 0.13 per cent lower at $38.29 per share in New York Monday.
