Global Tote, a division of BetMakers Technology Group, has launched its GTX Digital platform with inaugural client Greyhound Racing Ireland.
The racing-focused platform runs on the Google Cloud platform and promises to deliver a streamlined and configurable wagering experience for racing operators, while also supporting the ability to embed third-party products and services outside of racing.
The front-end is designed to support both tote and fixed odds betting and includes player-focused tools such as Racelab insights, past performances, live streaming and other key utilities to help the decision-making process.
“The launch of GTX Digital is a major milestone for our business and our global racing partners. It represents a clean-slate build using the latest technologies, designed specifically to meet the needs of modern racing operators,” said Karl Begg, chief technology officer at Global Tote.
“We’re proud to see GRI go live and look forward to supporting many more migrations in the months ahead. With GRI now live, Global Tote is preparing for up to 10 customer upgrades to GTX Digital between now and the end of the 2025 calendar year.”
Shares in BetMakers Technology Group Ltd (ASX:BET) closed unchanged at A$0.14 per share in Sydney Wednesday.
