The Belgian National Lottery has reported a 5 per cent increase in turnover to €1.26bn for the full 2012 year following continued strong growth from its e-lotto.be online gaming platform.
The lottery said it was an “exceptional year”, during which it paid our more than €662m in prize money to over 73m players, creating 47 millionaires in the process.
