Despite posting a 10 per cent increase in turnover in its full year 2013 results, the German Lotto and Toto Block (DLTB) has criticized the country’s gaming laws for placing unfair restrictions on state operators.
Though it described 2013 as a very successful year, the DLTB said current German legislation hindered the State Treaty on Gambling’s (Glücksspielstaatsvertrag) objective of establishing a “serious and regulated market.”
