Zynga hails mobile progress after halving Q2 loss

Social games developer Zynga has hailed the progress it has made under its mobile-first strategy, with mobile bookings in the second quarter of 2015 climbing 30 per cent year-on-year.

Zynga recorded second quarter bookings of US$174.5m, down marginally on the $175.1m a year ago, but revenue climbed 30 per cent to $199.9m, leading to a reduced loss for the period of $26.9m.
