OPAP first quarter earnings fall 11%

Greek gaming monopoly operator OPAP has reported a 6.2 per cent fall in first quarter revenues to €1.37bn as a result of the severe economic challenges in its home market.

OPAP said the fall in revenues was a result of lower spend on Joker and Keno which saw revenues cut by 29 per cent and 11.2 per cent respectively, with lower sales across the board excluding Lotto and the sports betting game Stihima were revenues climbed [...]
