Manila-listed Pacific Online Systems Corporation, supplier to the Philippines Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), has reported a 49 per cent fall in revenue to P558.8m (€9.8m) for the first half of 2019.
The revenue decline was attributed to lower Lotto and Keno sales as a result of contractual and regulatory changes, as well as the expansion of the PCSO’s Small Town Lottery (STL) operations in the VisMin region.
