888 Holdings plc has entered into an amendment agreement with Wink Bingo owners Daub Limited to reschedule the earn out payment payable in May, with 888 to make payments amounting to £24.7m this year after a successful performance by Wink Bingo which has performed significantly above expectations.
888 acquired Wink Bingo in December 2009 for an initial £11.0m, with earn out payments subject to certain adjustments up to a total maximum consideration of £59.7m.
