Football Pools operator Sportech plc said Thursday that the company remains in line with consensus market expectations with full year EBITDA expected to increase by more than 30 per cent to £26.0m as a result of last year’s acquisition of Scientific Games Racing.
Sportech said that having completed the integration of Scientific Games Racing, now Sportech Racing, the company is now fully focused on developing the business of its existing activities.
