Sweden’s Cherryföretagen AB has taken over the full ownership of its Mediterranean maritime gaming subsidiary Cherry Services Ltd (Cyprus), following the resignation of the company’s CEO and co-owner Joseph Vasquez Jr.
Cherry previously owned a 55 per cent share of Cherry Services, which is part of the company’s maritime gaming offering, alongside Cherry Maritime Gaming (Baltic Sea area) and Astral Marine Services (Great Britain area).
