UK racecourse operators Arena Leisure and Northern Racing will merge to form a new company, Arena Racing Company (ARC), following the acquisition of Arena Leisure by Aldersgate Investments Limited earlier this year.
Headquartered at Millbank Tower in central London, ARC is now one of the largest racecourse operators in the UK, operating approximately 38 per cent of the UK fixture list.
