Apollo Global Management has increased its bid to acquire Toronto-listed Great Canadian Gaming Corporation ahead of tomorrow’s crucial vote.
Apollo offered to acquire the company at CAD$39 per share last month and has now increased its bid to $45 per share, as shareholders prepare to vote on the offer at a special meeting convened for December 23.
