New York-listed casino and sports betting operator Bally’s Corporation has made an unsolicited offer to acquire World Poker Tour-owner Allied Esports Entertainment for $100m.
Allied Esports has agreed to sell its WPT business and assets to Element Partners for $78.3m, with Bally’s looking to usurp that deal.
