Czech investment fund Emma Delta has been named the winner of an international public tender to acquire the Greek government’s 33 per cent stake in gambling operator OPAP.
The Greek privatisation agency HRADF concluded the tender Wednesday after receiving an improved financial offer of €652m from Emma Delta, the only remaining bidder in the process.
