Gala Coral subsidiary Coral Interactive has acquired multi-channel software developer Cool Games as it looks to drive innovation and deliver exclusive content across mobile and desktop.
The acquisition of Cool Games gives Coral access to a library of exclusive games, with the company to launch two social gaming apps through additional partnerships, helping it gain a better understanding of the social sector. It claims to be the first operator to have acquired a multi-channel games developer.
