Copenhagen-headquartered Better Collective is strengthening its affiliate marketing presence in the Americas with an agreement to acquire Playmaker Capital for a total consideration of €176 million.
The deal represents Better Collective’s second largest acquisition to date and comprises digital sports media brands with a combined monthly audience of more than 200 million visits from across North and South America.
