Kings Entertainment is exiting the online lottery sector after agreeing to sell its LottoKings and WinTrillions brands for CAD$175,000.
The company has entered into a share purchase agreement to sell its wholly owned subsidiaries, Legacy Eight Curacao, Azteca Messenger Services SA de CV and Phoenix Digital Services, to Ontario-based PM Legacy Inc.
The disposal follows Kings’ acquisition of Braight AI Technologies earlier this year to focus its business on artificial intelligence big data analytic solutions.
