Finnish online gaming operator iGame has signed a letter of intent to merge with fellow Malta licensee Plus One Dreams in a bid to better compete against larger Scandinavian companies like Unibet and Betsson.
The merger is due to be completed by May 15th, with the combined entity to have a total headcount of almost 100 employees based in Malta and Estonia. The company will continue to operate under a Maltese iGaming licence.
