Games Global accelerates US market entry with DGC acquisition

Casino content supplier Games Global is expanding into the United States after acquiring the B2B assets of Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC) from Super Group.

Pending all necessary regulatory approvals, the acquisition will allow Games Global to immediately work directly with leading operators in the US, providing content from 40 exclusive studios and a portfolio of more than 1,300 proprietary games.

Super Group had initially agreed to sell the B2B assets to Games Global a year ago.

Super Group CEO Neal Menashe said: “We are pleased to have brought this sale to a close. Going forward, our team can continue focusing on our global B2C growth. Games Global is a valued long-term partner of ours, and DGC’s B2B division is in good hands. We wish them all the best.”

Shares in Super Group Ltd (NYSE:SGHC) closed 2.29 per cent higher at $3.13 per share in New York Tuesday.
