US gaming and racetrack operator Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire social games developer Big Fish Games in a deal worth up to $885m.
The merger has been approved by the boards of both companies and is subject to required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, with the transaction expected to close by the end of December.
