Canada’s Intertain Group said Wednesday that it expects to close the acquisition of Gamesys’ Jackpotjoy, Starspins and Botemania brands in April after agreeing a US$352.5m debt facility to finance a portion of the initial purchase price.
Intertain announced last month a deal to acquire the majority of the operator's customer-facing assets for £425.8m.
