Identity management solutions provider GBGroup has entered into an agreement to fully acquire San Francisco-based location-based software and data solutions provider Loqate.
GBGroup, which acquired a 25.5 per cent stake in Loqate in 2013, will now acquire the remaining 74.5 per cent share of the business for a total consideration of up to $15.4m.
