Technology investor FastForward Innovations has acquired an interest in Moon Active, one of the latest social gaming start-ups to emerge from industry hub Tel Aviv.
Moon Active was founded in 2011 and is led by chief executive Samuel Albin, with investment from a number of high-profile sources including Product Madness co-founder Lior Shiff.
FastForward has acquired a 5.9 per cent stake in the business for a total consideration of US$500,000, with the subscription shares priced at $22.78 per share.
