Stockholm-listed gaming operator Cherry has increased its majority stake in Malta-based Almor Holding, operator of German-facing online casino brands including Sunmaker.com and Kingplayer.com.
Cherry now holds an 82.5 per cent stake in the business, having originally acquired a 71 per cent stake in July 2015, which was increased to 75 per cent in October of that year.
