London-listed iGaming operator Jackpotjoy has made the final earn-out payment for the non-Spanish assets acquired from Gamesys in April 2015.
The £94.2m payment is the final instalment owed for the Jackpotjoy and Starspins brands, and includes £30.3m towards the earn-out for Spanish brand Botemania.
