Private operators will have the opportunity to bid for a majority stake in Brazil's state-owned instant win games business Loteria Instantânea Exclusiva (LOTEX) through a new tender process.
The tender has been launched by Brazil's National Bank for Social and Economic Development (BNDES), with final bids due for submission by October 24th.
LOTEX is currently operated by Brazilian banking giant and lottery concession holder Caixa Economica Federal.
