The last remaining authority blocking Tabcorp Holdings' merger with Tatts Group has announced that it will not apply for a judicial review of the Australian Competition Tribunal's (ACT) approval of the deal.
The path for the merger to be completed has been cleared after the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) grudgingly ruled out any further challenges.
