London-listed digital performance marketing specialist XLMedia has agreed to acquire a number of Finnish gambling affiliate sites from Good Game for a total cash consideration of up to €15m.
The business comprises a network of gambling related websites that have been active since 2009.
For the 12 months period ended November 30th, the websites generated revenue of €1.66m, with an EBITDA margin of at least 75 per cent.
