Sweden's NYX Interactive has announced the acquisition of Cashball Ltd, owner and operator of Spanish online bingo brand Bingole.com, for an undisclosed fee from Bonnier Lottery, a subsidiary of Swedish media giant Bonnier Group.
NYX Interactive has acquired all of the shares of the Isle of Man-based Cashball Ltd which has a number of customers in Spain, Sweden and the UK. NYX already provides the technology platform for Cashball's Spanish bingo brand Bingole.com.
