Sydney-listed betting operator TopBetta Holdings (TBH) has entered into an agreement to acquire betting data and odds solutions provider DynamicOdds.
TopBetta will pay a total consideration of AUD$10m to acquire the entire issued share capital of the company, which was formed in 2006 as an odds comparison service.
It currently serves as the official data provider to Australia's Principal Racing Authorities, the bodies responsible for setting the starting prices for throughbred racing in Australian states.
