Los Angeles-headquartered Peninsula Pacific Entertainment has agreed a deal to take full ownership of Iowa’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City.
Peninsula Pacific Entertainment currently owns 50 per cent of the property and will acquire the remaining holdings from Las Vegas-based Warner Gaming for an undisclosed amount, subject to regulatory approvals during the second quarter of 2020.
