Despite the revocation of its gaming licence by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) last week, Full Tilt Poker said Friday that France’s Groupe Bernard Tapie has signed an exclusive agreement to acquire the company and all of its associated assets, subject to a favourable resolution with the U.S Department of Justice.
Last Thursday the AGCC revoked all of the licences issues to Full Tilt with immediate effect, following serious breaches to its regulations.
