Sales of the Taiwan Welfare Lottery rose by 23 per cent to NT$8.72 billion (€255.1 million) in October and 2023’s sales have now passed the total for the whole of 2022.
The Lottery’s sales up to October have reached NT$131.09 billion. Its sales target for 2023 is NT$148.5 billion and the Welfare Lottery will need a strong performance in the final two months of the year to hit the target.
