Romania's Competition Council has issued fines totalling €3.76m to four companies which it says engaged in anti-competitive practices in the gambling sector.
The ruling concerns the country's video-lottery terminals (VLTs) market - where the Romanian Lottery holds a monopoly - and its agreements with suppliers including Greek lottery technology provider Intralot.
