Four more suppliers gain approval from the GCGRA to enter the newly regulated gaming market of the United Arab Emirates

Endorphina and IGT have become the latest casino games providers to be granted licence approval in the United Arab Emirates.

The Gaming-Related Vendor License by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) enables both suppliers to enter the newly regulated UAE market.

Endorphina said the licence represents a historic milestone for the company.

“Over the past years, Endorphina has grown into a truly reputable, internationally recognized supplier, following a principle of gradual and sustainable development,” said Džangar Jesenov, head of compliance at Endorphina. “Today, in terms of the number of jurisdictions where we are authorized to operate, we are proud to be ranked among the top providers worldwide.

“Receiving this license in the early stages of the UAE’s regulated gaming market is both an honor and a responsibility. We are excited to contribute to shaping a sustainable and innovative industry under the guidance of the GCGRA.”

The GCGRA’s updated list of licensees also includes leading games provider IGT, geolocation provider GeoComply, and UK-based roulette wheel developer Cammegh.

The UAE gaming regulator previously issued a licence to IGT’s lottery business in May 2025, which was rebranded a month later as Brightstar Lottery.

IGT, Cammegh and GeoComply are yet to comment on their new approvals.
