A class action lawsuit against PokerStars was this week dismissed for a second time by a court in Illinois.
Plaintiffs Kelly and Casey Sonnenberg et al had filed a complaint against PokerStars' operating companies and founders for violations of the Illinois Anti-Gambling statute, claiming that the defendants had knowingly and intentionally accepted gambling losses through an illegal gambling enterprise.
