Senator John Bonacic has again introduced legislation that would authorize and regulate online poker within the state of New York.
The bill, S05302, would amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law and the penal law, in relation to allowing certain interactive poker games.
A similar bill was introduced by the Senator last year but died in the Senate Racing, Gaming and Wagering Committee.
