The "insider trading" accusation levelled at daily fantasy sports (DFS) operators FanDuel and DraftKings has prompted a player to file a lawsuit accusing the companies of committing fraud by failing to disclose that employees were privy to insider information.
The suit, filed in the US District Court of Southern New York, has been brought by Kentucky resident Adam Johnson, who is seeking unspecified damages on behalf of himself and other players.
