Poker advocacy body the Poker Players Alliance (PPA) has filed a motion to join the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s lawsuit against PokerStars and its former affiliates to ensure millions of dollars in players’ losses are returned to players rather than state coffers.
The PPA believes that Kentucky politicians and plaintiffs’ attorneys are wrongly seeking to recover these customer funds “without consent or any intent to return such funds to such consumers.”
