The US states of Nebraska and Indiana have introduced legislation which would allow players to participate in fantasy sports contests.
In Nebraska, legislation (LB862) introduced by Senator Tyson Larson has been filed with the state’s General Affairs Committee which would provide an exception for conducting or participating in fantasy sports contests.
