A court in Buenos Aires has taken steps to shut down one of Argentina’s most popular online gaming sites, seizing the company’s bank accounts and ordering internet service providers (ISPs) to block access to the site.
The case was brought by public prosecutor Martín Lapadú, who is best known in iGaming circles for securing a court order to shut down bwin’s Argentinian operations in 2008.
