West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has allowed the state’s iGaming legislation to pass into law without his signature.
The West Virginia Lottery Interactive Wagering Act authorises the state’s racetracks and the casino owned by Governor Justice to partner with the state lottery to offer interactive casino games to players over the age of 21.
