The High Court has found in favour of Arena Racing Company (ARC) and The Racing Partnership (TRP) in their claim against sport data provider Sports Information Services (SIS).
The claim relates to live Raceday Data which TRP has the exclusive right to distribute to retail bookmakers and other betting operators.
