The Michigan Gaming Control Board is now authorized to enter into multi-jurisdictional agreements for online poker under legislation signed into law last week by Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
The amendment to the Lawful Internet Gaming Act authorizes the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) to partner with other US jurisdictions and recognized Indian tribes to allow licensed online gaming operators to offer multi-jurisdictional online poker.
