North Dakota lawmakers have introduced a number of gambling related bills to regulate online sports betting, gaming and poker, as well as electronic pull tab machines.
The online poker proposal would authorise intrastate live poker over the internet through a constitutional amendment that would be put to North Dakota voters at the next general election in 2022. House concurrent resolution 3012 has been referred to the Judiciary Committee.
