The Office of the State Treasurer of Massachusetts has introduced a bill to establish an online lottery.
The proposal would make lottery games available online to players over the age of 18 who are physically present in Massachusetts, and includes safeguards such as a self-exclusion system to allow players to opt-out of online games, as well as limits for online deposits and transactions.
